Yesterday was a good day. My heart was heavier, but sunshine and special moments dancing,(ok-funny ones, too), a bbq at our almost son-in-law's house and brief visits earlier in the day all lightened that load.

I made it to Curves this morning and Loren thinks the table is done!  Even though Loren was up due to pain in the night, he's feeling better this morning. Funny- sunshine and pain- rain and less pain. Does everything seek a balance?  And now for the day...
