Just Living...

walking and talking early in the morning....driving errands, internet searches, lunch. A nap. Seeing a friend, walking through the work of processing, exposing our neediness, accepting help, a quiet visit over coffee and home. Loren reading abed and a daughter in tears. Good night all.

    I know that exposing neediness and accepting help is a very difficult thing, especially for us Mennonites. But you've taught me a lesson on how to accept, with a quiet gratitude and grace that does not diminish the receiver, the true offerings of friends. Blessings on you both.
