Christmas Day

 

On this morn, we remember that God came to be with us. God chose presence and He chooses to identify with us.

He didn’t arrive as our version of  the best of us- but as our version of the weakest.

He didn’t arrive with a big speech but He arrived squawking and crying and sleeping. He was just- there.

 

And now we know that God loves.  God cares.  God is.

 

On this morn, I remember that Loren has gone to be with God.  Loren knew that God loved. And Loren loved.

So God is here with us, and Loren is with God.
