A day of hope:
Starting with hearing that shaping up is not quite as much of a long term goal as I had envisioned before getting measured at Curves this morning, attending a nursing conference where the CNA President freely used words about moral values, hope for sustained vision and caring as nursing uses the burgeoning knowledge and tools of this era.
A very good visit and discussion as prep before a presentation I will share at the conference tomorrow and coming home to see Loren built some pedestals for the laundry room.
A nice long nap this afternoon to catch up on last night’s sleep and songs that heal brought by a friend with her prayers.
